Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is the first listed group in the commercial real estate sector in Europe. The group is present in 12 countries in the European Union with a portfolio of assets of 39.3 billion euros at 30 June, 2016.
Its renovated shopping center in Glòries was opened in November 2017 with an investment of 140 million euros and with a total amount of 130 shops and new services, some of them aimed at increasing the presence of tourists, who now represent approximately 7% of its customers.
This project was performed by our Engineering and Projects Department, working with the client’s Guideline and based on the wayfinding project made by Ancor Retail.
